Northern Transmission Project
Client: ElectraNet
OceanEdge led the environmental approvals strategy for a major transmission project in South Australia, including assessment under the EPBC Act and PDI Act. Key support included early EIS scoping, regulator engagement, approvals risk management, project-wide environmental integration and development of the project’s Infrastructure Sustainability Council framework.

Northern Water Project
Client: Office of Northern Water Delivery
Led the environmental impact assessment across marine and terrestrial environments for a major desalination and water transfer project. Work included development of environmental management frameworks aligned with future EPA licence conditions, community and regulatory engagement, impact mitigation strategy and technical input into procurement processes.

Dr Antony Lockyer
Director | Environmental Approvals & Sustainability Specialist
Dr Antony Lockyer is a PhD-qualified environmental specialist with 15+ years’ experience in environmental approvals, marine science and infrastructure delivery. He has established approvals pathways for nationally significant infrastructure, directed multidisciplinary environmental assessments, advised executive teams on regulatory strategy and risk, and worked across government, utilities and major infrastructure clients.
